Here are yet again, a few head shots of some of Batman's rogues gallery...
Mostly inspired by Batman: The Animated Series but I wanted to put a little bit of a new spin on them. Just a little. Especially on the Joker.
Batman is drawn in a pretty straight-forward Bruce Timm approach though. Well, as close as I could think of to his Batman version.
I wish I put down the year on each drawing back then... I'm fairly certain this was before 2006(edited the year... must've been tired, I originally put before 1996) though.

Wow, love your rendition of Penguin. Love his eyes.. and his chin.. and his nose. Aw hell, I just love him period.
Other characters are pretty amazing as well. Penguin just captures my eye the most.. (Favorite character) Love Batman's lips in your drawing, looks like he's pouting. XD
